Terms of Service
Last updated: May 31, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Bisque Presenter — the website at bisque.cloud and the Bisque Presenter macOS app (together, the “Service”), operated by Bisque (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Bisque Presenter Does
Bisque Presenter turns a prompt, a spoken brief, or your documents into a narrated slide presentation using artificial intelligence. You can generate, play, export, publish, and share presentations from the macOS app (which requires macOS 14 or later and Apple Silicon) and from bisque.cloud. Features, plans, and limits may change as the product evolves. The macOS app may automatically check for, download, and install updates to keep the Service secure and working correctly; by using the app you consent to these automatic updates.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old — or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher — to use the Service. You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
- Free. Generate unlimited presentations with on-device voices, publish up to the current monthly limit, and share public links. Presentations created on the Free plan include a “Made with Bisque Presenter” attribution.
- Plus. US$9 per month, billed through Stripe. Plus removes the attribution, and adds premium cloud voices, a custom domain on share links, viewer analytics, higher-quality and longer video export, and uncapped publishing.
By subscribing to Plus, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge US$9 to your payment method each month. Your subscription renews automatically every month at this price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal, effective at the end of the current paid period; except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If we change the subscription price, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand, and the new price will apply only to renewals after that notice. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive limited billing details (such as your subscription status and your card’s brand and last four digits) but not your full card number.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because the Service provides digital content and services immediately, by subscribing you request that we begin right away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once we have started, except to the extent the Service has not yet been supplied. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under your local law.
5. Your Content and License
You keep ownership of the inputs you provide and the presentations you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transcode Your Content as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the Service to you — and, for presentations you choose to publish, to publicly display and distribute them through their share links. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train AI models. You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or violate any law.
6. AI-Generated Content
Presentations are generated with AI, including third-party text and voice models. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and may not reflect real facts. You are responsible for reviewing a presentation before you rely on, present, or share it. Generated content is provided “as is.”
7. Publishing and Shared Presentations
When you publish a presentation, we create a public share link that anyone with the link can open. The published presentation — including its slide text and narration — is publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines. You choose what to publish and can unpublish at any time, though cached copies may persist briefly. Do not publish confidential, unlawful, or infringing material. We may remove or disable any presentation that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content
- Generate content that violates the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of others
- Use AI generation to create content that sexualizes minors, depicts real individuals without consent (including deceptive voice or likeness impersonation), or otherwise violates the usage policies of the AI and voice providers that power the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, or security measures, or abuse generation to impose excessive load
- Reverse engineer the Service except to the extent permitted by law, or resell or sublicense it without our authorization
9. Intellectual Property
The Service — including the Bisque Presenter app, website, software, design, and the “Bisque” and “Bisque Presenter” names and logos — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our brand or software beyond using the Service as permitted here.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties — including Google (Firebase and Google Cloud), Stripe (payments), and AI and voice providers that help generate presentations. Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or any generated content will be error-free, accurate, or uninterrupted.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US$100.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising out of Your Content, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and we will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@bisque.today and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any unresolved dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction — except that nothing in this section overrides any non-waivable rights or mandatory venue that the law of your country or state of residence provides to consumers.
17. Copyright and Takedown Requests
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe a published presentation infringes your copyright, email hello@bisque.today with: (1) a description of the work you claim is infringed; (2) the share link or URL of the infringing presentation; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. We review valid notices and may remove or disable the presentation and notify the user who published it. We may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
